Head Coach
Tom Arredondo
Tom returns as the head coach of the Round Rock Dolphins for his eight season. Tom is presently the head coach for Round Rock High School. While coaching at Round Rock, his boy's and girl's teams have placed in the top three at District competitions for the past seven years and have also had State Finalists for the past five years.
Tom was raised in Southern California where he participated in water polo and swimming throughout high school. After graduation, he moved to the Austin area to attend UT. Tom graduated with his BA in History and teaches World and U.S. History at Round Rock H.S in addition to his coaching responsibilities.
Tom, his wife Nancy, their two daughters and son have made their home in Georgetown.
Assistant Head Coach
Mark Parshall
Coach Mark has been coaching swimmers of all abilities since 1988. He has coached many swimmers who qualified to compete in Junior Olympics, STAGS, TAGS, Sectionals, Zones, and Junior Nationals championship swim meets. Additionally, he has trained numerous Top 16 National Qualifiers and swimmers ranked #1 in the nation. He has a unique style that makes training fun.
Coach Mark has been voted South Texas Coach of the Year, and Open Water Coach of the Year. He has represented South Texas as an All-Star and Zone coach since 2003. Mark is currently the Texas Swimming Association's All-Star Chair, and on the South Texas Board of Directors, as the Coaches Representative. Mark is ASCA Certified Level 4.
